Batino Law (Batino Talon Cacao Espinosa Campos Belgado) is a full-service law firm that provides legal services across a broad range of practice areas. These include corporate and commercial law, taxation, and labor and employment law. The firm also handles the litigation of civil and criminal cases, as well as special proceedings—such as those before the Court of Tax Appeals, the Office of the Ombudsman, and the Sandiganbayan. In addition, Batino Law assists clients with immigration matters, intellectual property, real estate transactions and regulatory compliance, including the coordination with government agencies and regulatory bodies.

The firm traces its roots to its founding partner, Romeo B. Batino, who established a solo legal practice in 1965. His commitment to professional excellence continues to guide the firm’s values and legal practice.

Over the years, Batino Law has built a diverse and loyal client base across various industries. The variety of matters and sectors the firm has served has allowed its lawyers to gain deep experience and expertise in their respective fields.

Today, the firm is composed of twenty seven lawyers, including seven partners who oversee its expanding practice areas. Among the partners, Ma. Pacita Karla F. Batino heads the litigation department. Carlos Jose F. Batino heads the labor and immigration law group, while Pio Lorenzo F. Batino, heads the business law department.

The firm’s other partners are Mae Antonette F. Talon-Gozos, Marileen A. Cacao, Ma. Cristina A. Espinosa, and Rosalinda G. Campos, Ma. Consolacion O.
